Our Rules

The behaviors to be observed in Dell'Ova 98 are not only those sanctioned by law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

1. The booking request can be made by phone or email or online platform. You will then receive confirmation of the booking from us, accompanied by all the information relating to Dell'Ova 98 Rooms and the methods of the deposit to be sent by bank transfer, equal to at least 40% of the stay. The rest of the amount must be paid in cash upon your arrival at Dell'Ova 98 Rooms, before collecting the keys/tags. In case of cancellation up to 10 days before the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.

2. We may, without notice, change the services and rates; We may interrupt or suspend permanently or temporarily the provision of ancillary services without notice and liability for any reason or no reason.

3. Customers are requested, upon arrival, to show an identification document for the compilation of the registration of the lease.

4. Since Dell'Ova 98 Rooms is a small family-run establishment, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day as happens for hotels, therefore each customer is required to notify the owner of the establishment by telephone of the time of expected arrival, at least 24 hours before arrival. Going to the facility without notifying the arrival time could cause even long waits. This inconvenience cannot be a reason for complaints or reimbursement claims.

5. Guests are not allowed to allow other people to enter the building at any time, for reasons of public safety.

6. The rooms are available from 17:00 to 20:00. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 to allow for final cleaning of the room.

7. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

8. Pets are not allowed.

9. We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to your property. We are not responsible for any disruptions due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line or WiFi beyond our control.

10. Any loss of keys/tags must be promptly reported to the management. Loss will result in an amount of Euro 20.00 by the customer.

11. In accordance with the Dell'Ova 98 regulation and the Municipal Police regulations, silence is required between 2.00pm and 4.00pm and between 10.00pm and 8.00am.
